Went the the Emergency room because my Stomach was in server Pain above my Belly Button I think it was conception they gave me medicine my stomach stopped hurting , they did blood work , and a test Came out Positive , they said I should be 4 weeks , Did a viginal Ultrasound baby can't be Found.. unless it's a early Miscarriage, Ectopic Pregnancy or I'm early in my pregnancy, my HCG was Normal but not too high to see what's wrong . Praying everything turns out good , Staying positive 🥺🙏🏽
