Skipping third week of pills??

Im trying to skip my period, and when I skip the placebos I still get one, what will happen if I just skip the 2 weeks and start a new pack?

Skipping the 3rd week won’t do anything and will possibly just mess with your protection. If skipping your placebos and starting the next pack directly didn’t work, then “skipping” probably just won’t work for you with this pill.

The placebo pills (4th week) are inactive pills. So basically taking them would be the same thing as not taking them. Not taking the 4th week pills won’t stop your period from coming. If you want to try to stop your period from coming, you would just take the first three weeks of pills, and then the day you would start the 4th row of pills, start the first week of pills in a new pack. It doesn’t always work though, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend doing that if you’re sexually actively.
