I was diagnosed with PCOS a little over a year ago and since then I’ve continued to keep my hopes up of one day having a beautiful healthy baby. I recently found a video on YouTube of a lady talking about how she was diagnosed with PCOS and still managed to get pregnant with the aid of Vitex. I immediately did some research and to my surprise tons of females have also had successful pregnancies with taking Vitex. Like most medicines Vitex does have side effects and it is not recommended to be taken if you already have high LH levels because the pill itself helps to increase your LH levels. I ended up purchasing the pills anyway but I decided to do more research before trying them.

My LH level is 20.9 while my FSH level is 7.1?

Would it be okay to still take the pills?

I don’t go back to my doctor until late April and I’m just anxious to try them.

If any one has tried Vitex while also having PCOS, please comment your opinions!!!
