Hi I have a completely missed period. I’m coming up to 40 days or so since my last period. I am feeling sick all the time and a bit faint. I’m exhausted too. Defo pregnant symptoms. Aboit 5 Pregnancy tests at first showed a very faint positive line. Now all are negative. I’m going to doctor later today but I’m so confused. At first I thought I’m definitely pregnant but I’m obviously not. I’m 40. I can’t be hitting menopause ? I’ve gone from so happy to be pregnant to possibly not able to have another child. If anyone can offer advice I’d be so grateful. Thanks x
