Honestly for me it depends on the person doing it. Sometimes I feel almost nothing, and sometimes it's super uncomfortable.

It shouldn’t no, but it depends on the person drawing it. If they are really good you won’t hardly feel it

Phlebotomy is part of my job and those who are properly trained and have been doing it for a long time it generally is a pinch when the needle is inserted, and then it is painless as they draw the blood. If their anchoring is good and your veins are not problematic, they generally do not have to readjust which is where pain can occur. It’s waaay less painful than a shot to me. I was scared shitless when I started learning phlebotomy and was practicing on others and being practiced on, but now it’s almost relaxing lmao

Tiny pinch. The way I look at it is I would rather have a tiny punch of pain from drawing my blood, than to have the pain I could potentially have if my dr doesn’t find some illness that the blood test could find.

It depends. Should it feel horrible? No! However some spots hurt more than others. I need to get mine drawn from my hand and that can sometimes hurt but not unbearable

The removal was what hurt most for me. Honestly the insertion hurt less than getting my ears pierced.
