How long is an orgasm supposed to last?

I've read things about orgasms that can last up to three hours for women... Mine only lasts a few seconds, is that normal, is that even an orgasm?

So there is absolutely no such thing as an orgasm that lasts more than a minute(maybe,  most are seconds) ..  You can certainly have multiple consecutive orgasms but an orgasm is very similar to an epileptic seizure and it would be dangerous if you could actually orgasm for a long time...

Most women have about 30 second orgasms and (because you're in the throes of pleasure and aren't keeping track of time) it feels shorter like 10 seconds.
