Question for all the moms without family around or friends to babysit for you, how are you generating income?????

Anyone play stocks/ invests or what basic classes I should take? Books to read? I do NOT enjoy sales or multilevel marketing sale to our friends,etc.

What are moms doing out there?

I live in Hawai‘i and to get a nanny or someone else to raise my own kid while I work is a bit expensive!
