Not sure if okay post here (miscarriage)

Hello all, well just to get down to business. Long story short I had a MC early feb. Well its been almost a month and a half. I haven't gotten my period yet. I am now technically 5 days late. If I ovulated when I was supposed to I had sex a day before my "ovulation" day. If that meant my cycle "reset. So my question is, did any ladies have a MC no period afterwards and got prego right away??

I obviously don't want to test bcuz I'm scared. I'm scared to Miscarry again. Help!?!
