Spotting? Period? Implantation bleeding?

I ovulated on 3/5 (Tuesday CD 19) with the help of some letrozole by that Friday 3/8 (CD 22) I started spotting. Like superrr light. It has continued for a week now.
I had gotten my progesterone level checked on day 21, it was 7.5.
I have no idea what this bleeding is. I figured I would call the dr on Monday if my cycle doesn’t start.
Anyone else experience this?
