Cramps are always my first sign of pregnancy, but it’s funny because I’m always sure they’re pms cramps until I test.

Mild - moderate cramps & even some light spotting can be normal, even a sign that baby is getting right stuck in there. Painful, long lasting cramps & bleeding similar to AF can mean something isn't right though. If you're worried, call a doctor.

Mild to moderate cramps is normal its your body adjusting for your little bundle of joy. If its severe or you have heavily bleeding go to the ER. Other wiser take some Tylenol. Congratulations!
