Slimy might be from pre cum... Fishy however is just from your dude being dirty and not cleaning his dick 😂 At least from my person experience it's related to hygiene

If he is uncircumcised he needs to make sure to pull the skin down and wash the area to prevent a buildup of Smegma (dead cells) which can give off a fishy odor. Somewhat awkward to bring up

Is he not circumcised? That’s common w men like that who don’t clean quite a few times a day. He needs to refresh through out the day and especially before any sexual contact. Have him wash before. Use summers eve sensitive no smell or dyes and rinse really well. Make sure he pulls all the skin back and thoroughly cleans and rinses.

There’s a thing called precum, I mean cum and precum are both slimey 😂. 
But the fishy smell, it could be lack of hygiene or like vaginas, they aren’t made to taste or smell the best.
