how do you know when your ph balance is off & how do you fix it ?

Some symptoms that could indicate your ph is off include 
Abnormal Odor 
Itchiness
Abnormal color of discharge 
Irritation around vaginal area 
Your OB can test you for vaginitis or yeast infection.
Stay away from douching and pH washes as they do more harm than good to your natural vaginal pH

Apple cider vinger. If you drink it in water and you CRAVE it afterwards.... Its off. Just drink acv water till you get tired of it.
