When to tell my boss....

Sorry ahead of time for the long explanation....

I am a nanny, and the family I nanny for; mom is a teacher and dad is in the army.

My contract goes until the end of June minimum.

Dad is actually leaving in the summer for deployment but anyways a new contract would start in September.

I am currently only 6w along, and I’m so excited but I know it’s super early still. I have my first appointment in 2 weeks.

I want to give them plenty of time to find somebody for the new school year especially since he will be leaving before then and I know that want to do it together.

But I also don’t want to tell them too early...

What’s your guys opinion, when should I say something?

After my 8 week check or not until second trimester or a different time?
