deaf after orgasm???

Although I haven’t had sex yet, sometimes when I masturbate I literally go deaf or like my hearing gets significantly lessened in one ear after orgasm. It goes away and I’m not worried because it usually only happens when it’s a really intense orgasm but I was just curious to see if this happens or has happened to anyone else lol
