Period cramps worse after birth/while breastfeeding?
I am almost 11 months post partum and still breastfeeding. This is my 3rd or 4th period since birth and the cramps and back pain is almost unbearable. I’ve always had challenging periods, but since giving birth it’s a whole new level.
Are cramps worse when breastfeeding? Is there anything I can do besides take Motrin for some pain relief? Is midol safe? Wish I could have an epidural now! 😭
