Should I take a pregnancy test or is it too soon?

FYI: I’m using another app (a girl can’t always be too sure 😂) and the app says I’m 4 days late.

I’ve been getting vaginal cramps for the past 5 days now which usually come and go and I’ve just noticed that they are there when I’m holding my pee in and after I take a leak, they are gone 🤷🏾‍♀️

I cannot say I’ve had an early sign pregnancy symptoms because to me they are all the same to pre menstrual symptoms. My nipples are sore, but that also comes and goes.
