Does breastfeeding help...

Hair grow and have clearer skin? I’m 6 weeks PP and I’ve been trying to get my hair to grow for years and all of a sudden it’s growing like crazy 😁😁
Also my face is slowly clearing up, I’m starting to get an even skin tone and the little scars from picking with acne are going away. I haven’t noticed my skin until my mom told me. She thought I had on makeup 😁😁😁
Just wondering if this is bc of breastfeeding?

I don't think it's because of the breastfeeding, I think it's because the pregnancy hormones are going away.

No. Generally when breastfeeding, all your nutrients go to your baby first, then your vital organs, and then your hair/nails/skin gets whatever is leftover (which generally means not much).  So many times women’s hair/skin/nails are less lovely than usual while BF because of that. 
But perhaps your pregnancy hormones are leaving your body still so maybe that’s why?

Definitely wasn’t the same for me😅 my hair grew during pregnancy but I suffered hair loss PP. can’t remember what my skin was like PP
