Diarrhea in early pregnancy?

I hear a lot of women saying how they were really constipated during early pregnancy.

I was a little bit when I first found out at 3w+4d but now I am 4w+2d and I am going to the bathroom normally. I’m sorry if this is TMI but it’s not quite diarrhea yet, it’s just very soft. Almost like a normal poo. I’ve had my progesterone checked 3 days ago and it was at a 35.

I’m just concerned. This is my first pregnancy and I’m new to all of this. So I’m sorry if this is a stupid question... but is it ok to not being constipated and have softer, normal poops this early in pregnancy?
