Did I ovulate and if so, when?
I ovulated really early last month on cycle day 9. I was using OPK’s only. I started using the Ava bracelet and the end of my last cycle. I have been using Ava this whole cycle so far as well as OPK. I have not gotten a positive OPK yet this cycle but my Ava data is telling me that I have ovulated. I’m not the best at reading these, what do y’all think? Does it look like I have ovulated and if so, what day?
