Tech said one baby but I feel like there’s more

I know it’s probably just me but I keep having dreams I’m having multiples, twins or triplets.

My bump started showing at 3 weeks pregnant and my hcg has consistently been on the higher side.

I feel like this pic of the ultrasound could be more than one too.

Although I know the yolk is in there too. The blob near the yolk just looks bumpy as well, not round like a yolk.

My nan had twins twice so it’s in the family too.

I get another ultrasound on Monday as I’m high risk after having had three miscarriages in a row before this.
