Seed cycling???

I started seed cycling yesterday to try and regulate my cycles/increase fertility. Has anyone tried this????

I've been seed cycling for 4 months now and I love it.  I haven't been successful with pregnancy yet (fingers crossed) however internally I FEEL GREAT!!! PMS symptoms, cramping, sore boobs etc are all gone.  I don't feel bloated like I usually do.  It's definitely been great for me.  I recommend it for any and everyone
