I need help!

So we are getting married July 6 but we both want a baby super bad like 1 a year ago😂 im paying off my dress but it's a form fitting dress. Should I just get my money back for my dress an try getting pregnant an getting a loose flowy one or just continue paying for it? I absolutely love the dress but I absolutely want a baby too. I work in a preschool/daycare so my baby fever is always so high. Btw this is my princess wedding dress!
