Sexy time after D&C? Really wait 2 weeks?

Hi ladies - I had my D&C on 03/07 last week. Doc said to wait 2 weeks to have sex again of course. However, I’m feeling “ready” for it. Not even in the sense of TTC, just to feel close to my husband and to feel normal. He gives me a hug or a kiss and I could jump him lol 
Did anyone break the “rule”? Did you have an issue or problem if you did? Or did you control yourself and hold out?

I had to wait a month after my d&c. But I lost my son at 14 weeks.

We had D&Cs on the same day!! Doctor told us two weeks, but I was like to go like way earlier this week. Surprisingly it was my husband that wouldn’t cave until Friday, 8 days after surgery!!! My post op appointment is next Thursday. Pregnancy test was still positive a few days ago. So ready to try again, not sure I agree with this whole wait a full cycle first....

But I made sure to give him oral and we had anal

My doctor said the 2 week wait was to be sure my cervix was back to closed so I wouldn’t get an infection. They also said no baths or anything else in there for the 2 weeks.

I had one on the 8th I’m waiting the two weeks just to be sure.

I wouldnt. They tell you to wait because they dilate your cervix during a d&c, so in other words you pretty much just have an open hole that is super susceptible to infection. Please wait to heal.
