When's the soonest I can see an ob?

I'm 5 weeks and just scheduled my first ob appointment for April 10th! This whole waiting game is traaash! Can I schedule an appointment earlier than 8 weeks?

That depends on the doc. Im personally high risk and if your high risk then yes they will see you sooner. Ive been seeing my doc since I was 3 weeks pg thought i was farther along I have never came up positive this early...
If not high risk I'd personally just schedule it as soon as they'd allow you to and not give them your estimated time of when you think you may have concieved and allow them to figure it out on their own how far you actually are. My time of conception does not match my cycle time my cycle states im further along then what I actually am and ive had the problem with my oldest i had my cycles for 3 months and i was nearly 4 months pregnant with my daughter thats 12 years old now. 
If you got a positive set up appt and tell them that you need to get a prenatal appt to confirm your pregnancy and due date etc and if they ask you how far you think you are just tell them you dont know.

Between 8-12 is normal. I’ve had three ultrasounds and I have one every week but I’ve had multiple miscarriages.

8-10 weeks is totally normal. There isn’t really much they can do earlier than that. Early ultrasounds sometimes offer reassurance, but they also often create more stress and anxiety because it’s common to measure smaller than expected, to not see a heartbeat when expected, etc. 
As someone who’s had two miscarriages and also one pregnancy that started out with serious complications but ultimately turned out fine, I’m happy to not have my first appointment until 9 weeks. It means everything is normal and low-risk.
