2 yrs ttc, 3rd iui, I don't know how anybody gets through these 2wws!

Honestly, some people choose not to drink the tww but I think it’s up to that person. Drinking during the tww won’t affect the baby yet if you are pregnant as they aren’t getting nutrients from you yet. People smoke and drink all the time before they find out they’re pregnant and their babies turn out perfectly healthy. Others try to love as though they are already pregnant so it’s really up to you. Don’t feel bad about yourself if you choose to drink though. I wouldn’t go overboard but a few drinks won’t hurt if you want them.

I’ve been avoiding alcohol during my tww post IUI. I did not really last time, and it failed, so I’m trying to be as healthy as I can this time. Hoping it helps! 🙏🏻🤞🏻club soda + lime does the trick for me 🍸
