This is so frustrating 😑

I’m 5’3 and 207 pounds. I’ve been dieting, working out and I want to lose about a pound a week. I’ve been at it three weeks and went from 208 to 207 and somehow back to 208. I’ve thinned out a tiny bit but I just don’t know what else to do 😭..... I’m not very good at patience 🤣
