I feel I don’t have it as I have a regular cycle, no weight gain and I test positive each month on my OPKS. Knowing I have to test for it is kind of stressful though as I’m already ttc for 10 months but just had surgery a month ago to removed 2 large cysts that was blocking me from ovulating and have some endometriosis. Those with confirmed PCOS does it seem like I have it?
