Blood test to find out the gender?

Is anyone thinking of doing a blood test to see the gender of the baby? Or Has anyone done a blood test at 10 weeks to find out the gender of your baby? If so, was it accurate?

I did mine at 12 weeks and it said girl. Ultrasound at 15 and 20 weeks confirmed girl. Here she is 🤗

I did it at 10 weeks. I haven’t confirmed yet that it was accurate but they say it’s over 99% accurate with gender. I wouldn’t do it just to find out the gender though. It really is for genetic testing. I went back and forth and struggled on it a lot and at the end of the day did it for peace of mind with the genetic and health screening. Luckily everything was normal and low risk. It really does take a mental toll on you though, so if you are doing it for genetic testing then decide if you want to do it. If not, I’d do an early gender ultrasound around 15/16 weeks.  That was my plan if I it hadn’t been keeping me up at night.

I did the test at 9 weeks and it was accurate! Ultrasound at 16 and 21 weeks confirmed it😊
