BBT charting...ladies! I've heard your temp rises after ovulation, and that it can also rise once implantation occurs? I'm 7 DPO and it has risen the past 3 mornings takin at the same time...it went up .10 yesterday and .20 this morning..is this a sign?

I'd test about 10dpo ad if nothing wait as long as you can (3-5days) and test again. baby dust to you 🙏🏻

A triphasic pattern does not always mean that you are pregnant. I had one in my cycle last month, and no pregnancy. However, you are 3× more likely to be pregnant than not!! 😀 The way a triphasic pattern works is: around 6-12 days after ovulation your temp rises by at least .40 degrees and remains higher all the way through, even after your period is due, if you are most likely pregnant; if the temperature drops to your cover line on or around the time your period is due you are most likely not pregnant. The pattern is ONLY considered triphasic when your temp rises AFTER ovulation between days 6-12 and STAYS up for AT LEAST 3 days in a row!!! Best wishes and good luck on concieving!!!! 😀😀😀😀
