7 positive test went to hospital ended up negative

So I was about 4-5 weeks pregnant.. when I noticed some spotting.. being this my first time being pregnant I was scared.. so I went to the hospital when I noticed it get darker..

I took a blood test and urine test a ultrasound and a vaginal ultra sound to find out I’m not pregnant doctor said I might have never even been pregnant but it doesn’t explain the positive home test I took plus the doctors visit where I got a positive test

Did anyone else experience this ?

I was really depressed.. my husband helped me back on my feet but still feeling sad 😔
