Morning sickness 4w today

Hello all, I am 40 and just found out 3 days ago that I am pregnant! I am 4w today. Woke up this morning nauseated. I did not experience any morning sickness with my first 14yrs ago. I am not vomiting. Just dry heaving. This is going to be a totally different experience this time! Anyone else have morning sickeness so early?? Thanks!!
