Had one on the 9th, currently in active labor!

My midwife told me that it needs to be done multiple times over the course of a few days to really have any results for most first time mums. It's more of a psychological thing. I chose not to do it for that reason.

I'm over 48 hrs since mine, it looked promising last night, but today not much is happening. :-/

Not sure, had it done almost 24 hours ago and nothing yet. Spotting & cramping yesterday, but woke up just fine today.

So far it has worked to get the baby to move down, but no labor yet.
