Trusting the process

I am a scale hound and like to weigh myself every morning but I’ve read you’re not supposed to do that so I am going to be trusting the process and weighing myself every Monday morning. It probably will motivate me to stick to my plan more by not knowing exactly what I weigh. I’m going to continue to be active and eat my keto diet and I should be fine. This is really scary for me as someone with an eating disorder but I am going to do it.
