Not losing weight
I’ve been working out 3 days a week ( over an hour) for over two months and have only lost 2lbs. I’m not a good calorie counter but I eat very very healthy. I only drink water, vegetarian diet, little to no sugar. I try and limit snacking too. My work outs are 20 minutes cardio and 40-45 minutes on weights. Any tips or ideas on things I can do?
