I have an question to ask... on cycle day 14 and 15 i got positive opks and as you can see on my chart my temp went down and then back up again but then went really far down at 5dpo now i tested at 5dpo with opk and there was barely any line. My question to you is do you think thats when i actually ovulated or do you think it was implantation dip?

Thipsuda, here is last cycles chart Forman example of the temp shifts.  See how it goes from low to high? You can pin point ovulation by seeing when the first day of the shift is. And usually O happens the day before the shift.  
comparing this chart to my current one, you can see that I havent ovulated yet this cycle.  😊
