Hey all
I m struggling to loose weight postpartum Nd specially the belly
I hav lost 22 lbs since my delivery but that’s it
I m not loosing anymore after dat
I was wondering that if it is safe to do a keto diet while nursing.
And also I delivered through c-section and had a tubectomy.
Can anybody share any workouts safe after a c-section plzzzz
