Biotin? How critical is it for a pre-natal vitamin to include this?

I finally found a pre natal vitamin that doesn’t make me gag: Belly Bar chewables (non gummy) except they don’t include biotin. Just wondering if anyone has any facts before I go to google...

You should be fine! I cannot take prenatal because three make me very sick. My doctor is happy with me just taking a folic acid supplement.

So we did ivf and my specialist prescribed prenatals and she won’t let her patients take any with biotin. 
Extra biotin can actually lead to birth defects and miscarriages, and when you add extra biotin to your regimen, this will usually go over the daily allowance. 
As someone else said, folate is the most important, everything else is just to help you, the baby is Gona suck out everything they need from you no matter what. The prenatal is usually just to replace what they are taking.

Omg where did you get from? Chewable might be nice I have been taking gummy and they make me sick so I have skipped for last few days and am feeling way less nauseous.
