Tips? I’m struggling to lose the last 10 lbs from pregnancy but even before getting pregnant I was trying to lose weight

You’re body probably just needs a little more time. It’s tough to do anything too drastic when your breastfeeding - I know a lot of people worry about compromising their supply. But if you want to lose those last 10 pounds you’ll need to change your nutrition and/or up your exercise. What’s your current routine like?

How far along pp are you? I didn’t lose the last 10 lbs until I was at least 6 months pp and then I lost extra weight afterwards when I was around 9-12 months pp. It takes time sometimes. I nursed until 18 months and ended up losing 10 lbs on top of my pregnancy weight. It just took awhile.
