I feel Insecure 😟

So I’m 12 5’6 and I’m 188 I’m technically obese . I feel so horrible . I cover my body all the time hate taking pictures and compare my self to all these other females or my friends . I get shamed 25/8 even by my own family 😟 sometimes I just feel like kms cause I’m just tired of it . I’ve tired to loose weight but I just can’t I eat a lot cause I stress eat. Every time I feel sad or bored I eat . I’m barely full there are times where I just don’t eat @ all them where I just stuff my face . I sometimes workout and I ask my mom if she can help guide me . Try to to do something to help me get in shape and I want to @ least loose 30 pounds by my birthday. Any workout suggestions?

You should meditate (there are good guided ones on YouTube) or journal, or find some outlet for your stress. It's good to focus on diet and exercise but if the root of your problem is stress eating and binging (which I get, I cope with stress the same way) then you have to deal with the problem at it's source and figure out different coping mechanisms for your stress so that you're not working against yourself the whole way.

You are so young. If you’re already having this much trouble it’s a good idea to get medical help. If you have good insurance or can afford it you could see a nutritionist. Low carb is the fastest way to lose some weight as far as diets go. But make sure you clear it with your doctor first. But if you really want to change your life you need to find something else to fill the void. Or the weight will come back

Instead of eating, work out. Food fills a void but if you find something else to fill it you won’t eat. Limit yourself and talk to a doctor

Could you ask your mom to take you to a nutritionist? Otherwise work on smaller portions and cutting out any junk food. Chicken and vegetable heavy meals are so good, low cal and filling. Try and go for walks every day. The depression will pass trust me it gets better!! I was depressed 6th grade through HS and am so happy with life now, just focus on you and notice when you’re binge eating and stop write a daily goal.
