If you are at all familiar with HSG images, please help..

Last week I went to a new RE at a new clinic as we were not happy with our former RE. We have not started treatment yet but are planning to do an

next cycle with our new RE. Upon reviewing my records, my new RE said that he was unsure my HSG was actually normal based on the images, however my former RE and the radiologist who performed the test both reviewed it and said that my tubes are open. My new RE feels that although there was dye spillage the tubes may be slightly blocked at the ends. He is going to do another HSG himself before our

cycle.

I keep looking at the image but I can’t really tell what I’m looking at. I can sort of see where the end of the tube is a bit enlarged, but if the dye spilled out hopefully it isn’t a problem? Anyone have any experience or willing to share a pic of their HSG?

Update: in case anyone has a similar issue, I ended up having a repeat HSG done. It turns out that both tubes are open, but there was a delay on the right side. The dr was able to push more dye in and see that the right side wasn’t quite formed the right way or had some minor damage to it. The left side was perfect though, so we will be proceeding with a natural IUI cycle when I ovulate on the left side. I’m so glad I found this new dr and he was so thorough! The previous dr just saw that both tubes spilled dye and didn’t even note a delay.
