Taking antibiotics during pregnancy?

I’ve had a terrible sinus infection for 2 weeks now. I went to urgent care because I feel that bad. He prescribed amoxicillin. I feel guilty taking them but I have to get better!! Yes or no to antibiotics during pregnancy?

What is it with people not asking their doctors about the medication? Why would even think of trusting a bunch of strangers online without medical degrees over your doctor? 
Take the meds you were prescribed how you were directed to take them.
