I'm 23 weeks and every since like 21 weeks I've started to feel, what feels like muscle spasms in my lower abdomen. Maine times they'll just be light and other times it'll be a really big one where I can see my belly move. Are those baby kicks? I don't wanna feel excited if they're just my muscles being weird. Baby was in a breech position at my last ultrasound.
