Confused
So I am 12dpo and today I thought I starting my period because i notice some bleeding. I did not have any cramps just severe headaches and sore boobs. When I went to the rest room again and wiped nothing was there! No blood! Is it possible that I experience implantation bleeding but confused it with my period?? Has anyone experienced this before?
