I know when you are new to tracking you are worried about every little temp drop. I just want to reassure you with my BFN chart that when the temp drop happens there will be no mistaking it. It is also sudden. I took a poll not to long ago asking women when they had their temp drop. The results are also below! My temp dropped slightly the day before AF and then sharply the day of.

No need to say sorry to me about my BFN 😊 while I got excited that I did BD in my fertile window and so had a chance to be pregnant my husband and I were not trying this month. This was a month for me to become more familiar with my cycle. I knew it typically lasted 29-32 days with 31 being the average and mode from the last 3 years but I wanted to be able to have a chart to compare all my other charts to so that I didn’t go insane (like I did this month). I wanted to be able to pin point Ovulation which I was successful at doing and I wanted to know how to take my bbt in a way that worked for me and my husbands sleep schedules.
