My husband isn’t a babysitter, he is a FATHER

Guys, I’m sorry (not sorry) if this pisses people off.

I went out this weekend with my girls. My daughter is almost 6 months old. I kept getting comments like

“How nice of your husband to watch her while you go out”

“Oh wow, you trust him alone with her?”

“Does he watch her a lot?”

OR when I tell people he also gets up with her at night, he feeds her and changes her too, they’re all like

“THATS SO NICE OF HIM WOW”

Don’t get me wrong... I am BEYOND thankful for him. But he does what he does because he is an amazing DAD. Not a babysitter. Just as I am a mom. He doesn’t “watch” our daughter like he is about to get paid $15 and hour.
