So I'm 18 weeks and 1 day. I've been having really bad lower abdominal pain, and some pains in my lady area. No bleeding or spotting. But the pains get so bad it hurts to walk. I've also been feeling a lot of pressure on my bladder when I go to pee but not burning or anything. I know what a uti and stuff feels like because I've had my fair share of them and this isn't it. Called my Obgyn and it took them forever to call me back. So I'm at the hospital, they said it's probably just round ligament pain. But I'm still concerned. I haven't felt the baby move and I normally do. My Obgyn finally called back and said it's probably round ligament pain and I might be dehydrated to drink more water. But I drink all kinds of water. I mean lots of fluids. Maybe I'm just overwhelmed and overreacting because I'm a first time mom and just want my baby to be okay and healthy. Has anyone else had this?
