4 weeks after MC waiting for AF or rainbow baby??

I have cramps but i dont know if they are ovulation, inplantation or af. At this point, after everything that happened i dont know anything. I had a dead baby inside for 4 weeks and my body didnt know. So i'm lost. I hope i get something soon. An answer. This mc limbo sucks.

I felt that way too with my mmc. Like come on stupid body get it over with! But after 4 months I am able to be sentimental about it. I'd like to think the baby didn't want to leave.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I miscarried August 30th and I'm also waiting for AF. I still have hcg in my system, enough to trigger a pregnancy test, so I can't take opk's to try and track anything. Hoping my bbt and CM will tell me something, but the wait and all of the changes suck. A lot. I hope you get your answer soon!
