Brewers yeast?

I’ve been reading up on way to increase your milk supply and a lot of articles and blogs a saying brewers yeast. Just wanted to know if some of you ladies are using it or had and if it helped or not?

It’s essentially a vitamin. I put them in the lactation cookies I make for other women because they expect it to be there, so it won’t do any harm even if it’s not the active ingredient 🤷‍♀️

Helped mine, I sprinkle some in my oatmeal every morning along with flax seed.

I was but I don't know if it was just the over supply in general I had. I was pumping 20oz after feedings every 2 hours but I had a mission to fill my deep freeze as fast as I could. Filled it up in 3 months. My suppy didn't regulate until 6 months with slight over supply but I was aiming for that. I did brewers yeast with orange juice.

Yes I just wouldn't go the route of having a stouty beer as a way to get brewers yeast when alcohol is proven to have a negative effect on breastmilk production so the alcohol will likely negate any benefit the yeast might have.
