Need positive stories! No yolk sac/baby empty sac on ultrasound at 5 weeks 3 days

I'm 5 weeks 3 days today (*possibly* 5 weeks 2 days but that is the absolute earliest). I just had an ultrasound (internal and external) and they only saw an empty sac (possibly two but one is smaller) no yolk sac, no baby. My hcg on Friday was 3468 meaning today it should be about 10,000. My progesterone is 55 so all of my hormonal levels are super high. I expected to at least see a yolk sac though 😓 did anyone else have a completely empty sac at 5+3 and later have a baby? I expected to see more with my levels being so high 😭 I'm a little paranoid since I had an early miscarriage with my last pregnancy.

With my daughter I got my first ultrasound at 6+4 and we saw her and a yolk sac. My levels two days before with her (6+2) were 12,000 so my current levels are MUCH higher.
