Will her daughter hate her later in life?

My Nephews girlfriend is pregnant with her second child at the age of 17, she was only 14 when she had her first child, but she never sees or looks after her first born (who's nearly 3 & is looked after by the child's grandad)
She has been left to look after her child for two weeks on her own and was nearly pulled her hair out with stress, and just couldn't cope with her daughter! 
But has said that when the second child is born she wants to love with her current boyfriend and her two children! 
She can hardly fend for herself (Cook, clean etc) never mind care for two children, and her boyfriend (my nephew) is 23 and the most he can do is make a sandwich and a cup of tea!!

Will the girls daughter come to hate her because she's not been there for the first 3 years of her life?

It honestly just depends on how she explains it all to her daughter and tries to make her understand she she is older. She may not really remember too much when she is older than she wasn't with mommy the whole time.

But, if she can't handle the one, how will she handle two?! Newborns are soooo demanding. She won't have any energy, and she can't just pawn the kids off on her bf cause she's "tired" he's going to be tired too.

I hope she pulls herself together and makes a positive influence on her kids rather than be the reason the kids are misbehaved.

My mom had me she when she was 15 literally 4 weeks after she turned 15 my grandma took car of me for a long time even my mom did go ahead and get pregnant again. After she had my brother she was more involved in my life, I don't have any resentment towards her cause I have barely any memory of it and I know she was unable to care for me when she was young.

It depends of the relationship, the first few years is when the relationship is made and if its not good, it can really effect them

If she makes up for it and shows that she can be best the mum she can be then it should be okay. okay yeah she had her very young, but if she can prove to her daughter, she struggled but she worked it out in the end, then it should be fine.

I wouldn't concern my self with it the girl is 17 and is on her second child instead of worrying about wether or not she can handle it be happy that she is finally taking care of her responsibilities everybody has to grow up some times and now seems like a perfect time for them
